• Return policy – We offer a subscription-based plan for digital goods. NO refund requests will be entertained if the customer finds the service unsatisfactory. Once Payment is made for the transaction, it is non-refundable with no Exceptions. You agree that you are solely responsible for canceling the subscription before it renews for another period to avoid being charged for the next cycle. • Cancellation policy — Subscription-based plans require customers' attention to prevent being billed for a service they no longer want or need. You can log in to your payment gateway "Link" account provided by "Stripe" using your credentials and cancel subscriptions from there. Alternatively, you can also write to our support team or as a direct message (DM) on Slack or via the "contact form" or the website chat button, and we will cancel your subscription.

• PayPal Cancellation: This procedure requires you to log in to https://paypal.com and navigate to your Activity link in the upper header of their website, then click on all transactions. Once you are in All Transactions, search for Strats Labs in the search bar, and this will bring up your latest subscription with stratslabs.com. You need to click on that subscription. Once the subscription details have been displayed, search for the subscription status and press Update, where you can then proceed to pause or cancel the subscription.

• It is essential to note that this has to be done before your next billing cycle or the next payment of your subscription has gone through. Once payment has been retrieved from your account, the service or subscription is considered renewed.

Payment is due immediately on the date of the order. The price of the plans can be changed at any time. Discounts are applied during certain times of the year and are valid for new subscribers only. Existing plan holders can always upgrade during the discount season on a pro-rated basis while only paying the difference required for the upgrade.

Payment can be made through any payment method we have available, such as Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, Affinity Card, American Express cards, or online payment methods (PayPal, for example).

From time to time, we may supplement this agreement with additional terms and conditions about specific content, activities, or events (“Additional Terms”). Such Additional Terms may be placed on the Website to be viewed in connection with the specific content, activities, features, or events, and shall be identified as such. You understand and agree that such Additional Terms are hereby incorporated by reference into this Agreement.
